Do you provide the key to the unit?
No, you provide your own lock. This concept is your guarantee that only you have access to your storage unit. We do offer locks for sale at our office. Please see the business manager for recommendations for your security lock.
What is required for me to rent a storage unit?
Our storage facility requires you have a valid driver's license, or other verifiable photo identification.
Is a deposit fee required?
Our storage center does not charge a security deposit.
Do I need to purchase insurance coverage?
In most cases your homeowner's or renter's insurance will cover a certain percentage of your stored items. We recommend that you check with your insurance provider to make sure your particular policy covers your stored items. In the event that you do not have the proper insurance coverage, we can provide you with the name of a local insurance company that provides the type of coverage that you desire, and at a reasonable insured rate.
Do you offer short term renting?
All of our storage units rent on a month to month basis unless specified by promotion. However, you may rent over a several month period if you desire.
What method of payment will you accept?
Our storage center accepts cash, personal check (with proper identification), money orders, and all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Are you open on Sundays?
Yes, we are open from 9Am - 1PM on Sundays.
